Effective 2025, these Terms of Service govern use of AgentLawPoint, a domain dedicated to providing legal services for realtors, information products, and physical goods. By accessing our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Introduction
AgentLawPoint.top delivers specialized legal assistance for real estate professionals, digital guides and templates, and select tangible items. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our services.
2. Services Overview
We organize our offerings into three categories:
- Legal Services: consultations, document preparation, and representation;
- Information Products: downloadable guides, templates, and online courses;
- Physical Products: printed materials and branded merchandise.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all charges specified in invoices or order confirmations. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nonpayment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Refund Policy
AgentLawPoint is committed to client satisfaction. The following provisions apply according to the type of offering:
4.1 Legal Services
Legal services include consultations, research, document review, and courtroom representation. Once work commences, services are deemed rendered. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided no substantive work has begun. Approved refunds are processed within thirty days of request. If partial work has been performed, a prorated compensation may apply to cover time and resources expended.
4.2 Information Products
Digital materials such as guides, templates, and online courses qualify for a full refund if requested within fourteen days of first access and if access does not exceed 25% of the content. Approved reimbursements will be issued within fifteen days of request approval.
4.3 Physical Products
Items purchased may be returned within thirty days of delivery if in original condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, submit a request detailing your order. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, reimbursement is issued within twenty days.
5. Rescheduling of Services
For legal consultations and appointments, you may reschedule up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Subsequent changes within that window may incur a nominal administrative fee.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain bespoke or expedited legal deliverables and limited-edition items are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of resources. These no-refund offerings are clearly labeled at the point of sale. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept that no compensation will be provided.
